Prison Services

The Brahma Kumaris have been actively involved in providing spiritual services in Tihar Jail since 1993 onwards.

Lectures on Rajyoga meditation and courses on Positive Thinking, Stress Management and Self Empowerment are regularly organised at the prison for prisoners as well as prison staff.

Classes are held daily in the prison for those who practice Rajyoga meditation. Special programmes are held on the occasion of festivals such as Rakshabandhan, Shivaratri, Diwali and others. These services are offered in ten branches of Tihar Jail.
